Arabian reining and the Arabian Reining Horse Association continue to receive publicity.

The Performance Horse Magazine for July, 2004, will have an article featuring reining horses other than quarter horses, which will include Arabians.

This monthly publication has a circulation of 17,000 and contains good working articles that would apply to any breed.

Third page $231 (4 ¾ x 4 ¾ inches per square)
Half page $341 (7 ¼ x 4 ¾ for horizontal)

Revised: The reining article in the Performance Horse Magazine will be in the August 2004 issue. The publication had so many ads from new clients the deadline could not be met!

The May, 2004, issue of The Equine Journal is the annual Arabian issue. The Arabian article this year is on performance, with a section on reining.

The current issue of the NRHA Reiner highlights the reining classes at Scottsdale and also the Half-Arab reining futurity.

Board members April Sampson, Vice-President, and Phyllis LaMalfa, Treasurer, are working with Wayne on this endeavor. Wayne has extensive experience dealing with corporate sponsorships.

A reining trophy saddle will again be awarded to the Region 10 AOTR Champion Reiner Dick Ames won the trophy saddle at the 2003 region show and is sponsoring the saddle to be presented at the 2004 show, held in Milwaukee, June 16-19.

Prize monies for the ARHA and NRHA classes at Scottsdale have been mailed.
